Return & Exchange Policy
Products purchased online can be exchanged for another product within 7 days of receiving the item. Please email email@example.com to request an exchange. We will approve all exchanges once the item is returned to Slightly Shirtee and has met the following conditions:
The item has not been worn or used in any way.
The item is returned with all tags in the original condition.
The item has not been altered in any way.
If a suitable product cannot be found at the time of the exchange a credit note will be offered which is valid for a period of 6 months from that date. Credit notes will not be re-issued once expired.
The customer will be responsible for returning the item to Slightly Shirtee within 7 days of requesting the exchange. This includes any charges associated with this eg: postage or freight costs to return the item.

If an item is faulty please email firstname.lastname@example.org to organise a repair, exchange or refund.
The customer will be responsible for returning the item to Slightly Shirtee within 7 days of advising that the item is faulty. This includes any charges associated with this eg: postage or freight costs to return the item.
We only replace items defective or damaged. Unfortunately exchanges and refunds for "change of mind" purchases are not offered. All garments are checked thoroughly before posting to you however if you need an exchange on a faulty item, please follow the instructions listed above under "Returns".
